Booking & Cancellation Policy

All studio sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our team directly. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.

• Minimum booking duration: 1 hour
• Sessions can be booked up to 3 months in advance
• Recurring bookings receive priority scheduling
• 24/7 access available for confirmed bookings

Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your studio session.

• Full payment required for sessions under 4 hours
• 50% deposit required for sessions 4+ hours (balance due on arrival)
• Recurring bookings: payment due monthly in advance
• We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.

Cancellations must be made by email to studio@builtbyrebels.com or through our booking system. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

We offer flexible rescheduling options to accommodate changing schedules:

• Free rescheduling with 48+ hours notice
• One free reschedule with 24-48 hours notice
• Additional reschedules within 24 hours subject to availability and fees
• Rescheduling must be to a date within 30 days of original booking

To ensure a professional environment for all users:

• Maximum 2 people per standard booking
• No food or drinks near equipment (water bottles allowed)
• Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment
• Studio must be left in the condition it was found
• Late arrivals may result in reduced session time

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure, building issues, severe weather, etc.), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any policy updates.
